Data stored on your device
Cubi Layers stores gameplay progress, personal bests, achievements, tutorial state, and settings locally on your device. This information is used only to provide game functionality and is not sent by the game to a XenonQuasar account or server. Removing the app may remove this local data, depending on your platform and backup settings.
Advertising and third-party services
Cubi Layers uses Appodeal to provide banner advertising and optional rewarded advertising. Appodeal and advertising partners used through its mediation may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address and network information, ad impressions and clicks, diagnostics, performance information, and other technical device information for advertising, fraud prevention, measurement, and analytics. The exact processing can depend on the platform, region, consent choices, device settings, and the advertising partners available for a particular ad request.
The game does not request GPS/location permission. Advertising services may infer approximate location from an IP address.
On iOS, advertising identifiers used for cross-app tracking are available only when permitted by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. In regions where consent is required, the advertising SDK may display a consent form before personalized advertising or related processing. You can change applicable privacy choices using the privacy controls exposed by the advertising SDK/platform when available, and you can also limit tracking or reset advertising identifiers in your device settings.

Children
Cubi Layers is not directed to children under 13 and XenonQuasar does not intentionally collect personal information from children through the game.
Support
If you contact XenonQuasar support, the information you choose to send, including your email address and message, is used to respond to your request and maintain reasonable support records.
Security and retention
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or the app is removed, subject to platform backup behavior. Third-party advertising providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can play without creating an account. You can deny tracking permission on iOS, manage consent where a consent form is offered, change advertising/privacy settings provided by your operating system, and remove local game data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the game, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
