This policy applies to the XenonQuasar website. It does not replace the separate privacy policies for individual mobile apps, which are linked from the relevant product pages.
Information processed by the website
You can browse the public website without creating an account. The site does not ask for a name, phone number, postal address, or payment information. If you contact support by email, the information in your message is used only to respond and provide support.
Campaign and analytics data
When a link contains campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, or utm_campaign, the site may store them in local browser storage to understand which campaigns lead to product-page interactions and app-store visits. If an analytics container is enabled, it may also receive page paths, language, device category, quiz interactions, and app-store button clicks. These signals are used to improve the website and marketing performance.
Local storage and cookies
The website may use local storage for campaign attribution and functional preferences. WordPress, security, caching, analytics, or embedded third-party services may set cookies when required for their operation. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
External services and links
The site links to Apple App Store, Google Play, email services, and other external websites. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. XenonQuasar does not control their data practices.
Retention, security, and choices
Campaign attribution stored in the browser remains until it is cleared by the user or browser. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to handle the request and maintain service records. Reasonable security measures are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
