This Policy describes the data that may be used by the Driving Theory Tickets app (Билеты ГИБДД). The app helps users prepare for the Russian traffic-rules theory exam and is not an official service of the traffic police, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, or another government body.
No account required
The app works without registration and does not request a name, phone number, email address, or identity documents for its core learning features.
Data stored on the device
The selected study category, favorite and incorrectly answered questions, answer statistics, progress, and settings may be stored locally. This information is used to continue training and display progress. It is not sent to the developer’s server and can be removed by resetting progress, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
Advertising
The app may use Appodeal. Appodeal and its advertising partners may process an advertising identifier, IP address, approximate region, device and operating-system information, app language and version, advertising events, and technical SDK diagnostics. On iOS, the app may request permission to use the advertising identifier. The app does not request precise location.
Purpose and sharing
Local data supports learning, favorites, mistake review, progress, and settings. Advertising data is used to deliver and measure ads, limit frequency, prevent fraud, and diagnose the integration. The developer does not sell personal data or share local learning progress. Advertising data is governed by Appodeal and its partners. See Appodeal’s Privacy Policy.
Retention, security, and children
Learning progress remains on the device until it is cleared or the app is removed. Advertising providers retain data under their own policies. The app minimizes data collection and is not specifically directed at children.
User choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request information, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Advertising identifiers and personalization can be managed in iOS or Android settings. Requests concerning data held by advertising partners may need to be sent directly to Appodeal or the relevant network.
