Kiosk Web Launcher is a fullscreen web launcher and browser for websites selected by the user or device owner. The app is designed to open configured websites in a simplified interface.
We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information.
Information We Do Not Collect
The app does not collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Precise location
- Contacts
- Photos or videos
- Payment information
- Advertising identifiers
- Analytics events
- Browsing history on our servers
- Website login credentials on our servers
Information Stored on the Device
The app may store the following information locally on your device:
- Website shortcut names
- Website URLs added by the user or device owner
- App settings
- Onboarding completion status
- Access code settings
- Website icons or metadata fetched for configured shortcuts
This information stays on the device unless the user backs up or transfers the device using Apple services.
Website Data
When you open a website inside the app, the website may use cookies, local storage, sessions, scripts, forms, or other web technologies. This behavior is controlled by the website you open, not by Kiosk Web Launcher.
Websites may collect information according to their own privacy policies. Please review the privacy policy of each website you configure in the app.
Internet Access
The app uses internet access only to load websites selected by the user or device owner and to fetch website metadata such as icons or titles when requested or configured.
Certificates
For supported .ru websites, the app may use certificate files bundled inside the app to validate compatible certificate chains within the app browser. These certificates are used only by Kiosk Web Launcher and are not installed into the iOS system trust store.
Analytics and Tracking
The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools by default.
Children
The app is not directed at children specifically, but it may be configured by a parent, guardian, school, or organization for simplified access to selected websites. The app itself does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties because we do not collect personal data.
Data Deletion
You can delete locally stored app data by removing the app from your device. You can also clear or edit configured shortcuts and settings inside the app.
Security
The app stores configuration locally on the device. Settings access may be protected by an access code. This access code is intended to prevent casual changes to the configuration, not to provide enterprise-grade security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the new version.
